So Amazing

I know, homemade english muffins probably shouldn't be my first entry from Guatemala, but they were amazing!!! Lu wanted english muffins after reading a book that talked about them. They are not easily obtained here, so I thought, "why not? Let's try making 'em". They were FABULOUS!!!!
